The Hongcheon Challenger quarterfinals tournament match has been completed.
NH Nonghyup Bank’s FIBA 3×3 Hongcheon Challenger 2026 main draw schedule held at a special court at the Hongcheon K Convention Center in Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon State on the 18th was completed.
In the qualifying draw held earlier, Riberetz and Kotai won the main draw ticket and competed with world powers.
Group A was a series of extraordinary events. The world’s No. 1 UB defeated Utsunomiya but lost to Warsaw. Since then, Warsaw has lost to Utsunomiya, making it 1-1 with each other.
As a result, UB and Utsunomiya led Warsaw with multiple points and ranked first and second side by side. Warsaw made an extraordinary move to catch UB, but was defeated by Utsunomiya, and fell victim to another extraordinary incident.
Group B headed to the tournament with traditional powerhouse Lausanne winning two games. They caught both Ulaanbaatar and Kluginapoca. Ulaanbaatar, the purest Asian powerhouse, earned a ticket to the quarterfinals with its victory over Clujina Poca.

The quarterfinals tournament match has also been completed.
UB and Vienna will face off in the first round of the quarterfinals. And in the second game, Shivona and Ulaanbaatar will face off. In the third game, Lausanne and Kotai will meet with the pride of Switzerland and Russia. In the final fourth game, Taipei faces Utsunomiya, who made a miracle.
