The 2026 FIBA 3×3 U23 World Cup is here. Both the USA men’s and women’s teams are led by current NCAA student-athletes.
Meet the collegiate players representing USA.
3×3 U23 USA women’s basketball team
McKinna Brackens, Arizona State forward
The 6-foot-1 forward finished last season with 14.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists. After transferring from her previous school, UNLV, Brackens made the 2026 All-Big 12 Third Team.
This won’t be your first time seeing Brackens represent USA; she helped win the FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas North Conference title to qualify her team.
Brackens is also the daughter of former Texas All-American Tony Brackens, who played for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Dani Carnegie, Iowa guard
Dani Carnegie is bringing a lot of accolades to Team USA: First Team All-SEC, ACC Sixth Player of the Year, All-ACC freshman team and more.
The standout started her career with Georgia Tech, leading the Yellow Jackets with 66 3-pointers in 2024-25. Last season at Georgia, she averaged 17.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists. Carnegie also competed on the FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas North Conference team and participated in the 2026 USA Basketball 3×3 development camp.
Carnegie also previously had a stint with USA Soccer.
Katie Fiso, Oregon Ducks guard
Katie Fiso is already a gold medalist. The junior competed in the 2023 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup, where she secured USA’s seventh consecutive gold.
The All-Big Ten team standout averaged 15.5 points and 6.2 assists last season. She also participated in the USA Basketball 3×3 development camp and the FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas Conference.
Tori McKinney, Minnesota guard
Last season, McKinney led the Gophers offense, averaging a team-high 12.7 points per game. The sophomore guard secured All-Big Ten Second Team and All-Big Ten Defensive Team honors while setting the program’s single-season assist/turnover ratio record (2.20).
3×3 U23 USA men’s basketball team
CJ Gunn, DePaul guard
CJ Gunn comes played for Indiana before joining DePaul. Last season, he averaged 13.1 points and 3.7 rebounds. Gunn was named to the 2025 Preseason All-Big East and is the first player to solely lead DePaul in scoring in back-to-back seasons since Max Strus in 2019.
He also helped win the 2026 FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas North Conference title with an 18-0 record.
Eric Dailey Jr., UCLA guard
Eric Dailey Jr. has been representing Team USA since 2019, so he’s back for another year.
Since 2019, Dailey has participated in the USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team minicamp. He also secured a gold medal on the 2021 USA Basketball 3×3 U18 World Cup Team; for that same team, he secured another gold medal in the dunk contest. He also competed on the 2022 U18 and 2023 U19 National teams, securing his third gold medal in 2022.
Dailey is coming off competing in the 2026 NCAA tournament, where he dropped 20 points, five rebounds and two blocks in a 75-71 win over UCF. The senior junior comes from a sports family; his mother, Shell Dailey, played basketball at Texas and was a coach at Florida, Texas A&M and TCU, while his father played basketball at TCU.
Mark Armstrong, NBA G League Texas Legends guard / Alex Fudge, Ottawa BlackJacks of Canadian Elite Basketball League
Mark Armstrong and Alex Fudge will be competing for Team USA after completing their collegiate careers.
Armstrong played for Villanova, averaging 8.4 points in 2023-24 while leading the team in assists. He joined Team USA in 2022, where he secured a gold medal at the FIBA U18 Americas Championship. He also led the U.S. with 12.4 points per game on the U19 National Team.
The 6-foot-8 forward Fudge finished his career Florida. He previously won a silver medal on the FIBA 3×3 U23 World Cup team. He was also a member of the 2025 USA 3×3 U23 team that finished 11th.
